HeLa Day Recently, I have been watching news online. Last week, I found an really interesting topic which let people to created their own holiday. Some of them want t create a Sleeping Day, while others want to create a Fasting Day. For me, I would like to create a HeLa Day. I recently just finished reading the bool called " The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks". While most of the cancer cells died soon after being exposed to laboratory conditions and small numbers of surviving cells not reproduce, HeLa cells which were taken by an African American woman called Henrietta Lacks, can reproduce infinitively. Scientists estimated that for nearly 60 years, they could weigh 50 million tons if all of the HeLa cells that been used piled up, they could circle the earth at least three times.
