Judge not a book by its cover During the Christmas break, I travelled to Chiangmai, Thailand with my mom. Before that, my own perspective of Thailand is a poor and backward country, however, this wonderful trip totally dispelled my prejudice. One of my favorite part of this trip was the White temple.Thailand is a Buddhist country, so it's imperative that visitors need to dedicate to the Buddhist statue and take off their shoes before entering Buddhist sites. Even though the process was complicated, it really help people to eliminate distractions. Then they can visit the scared temple conscienciously. The White temple is the most astonishing temple among all of the three temples I had visited in Chiangmai, I was shocked when I first saw it on the bus, and our tour guide told us that the reason why the White temple looks fascinating is because it was decorated by glass, the sunlight which was reflected by the glass made the temple...
